BioI just started my fourth year of medical school--only one year to go until I'm a doctor! I'm most interested in going into either pediatric neurosurgery or neurology, or child psychiatry. I love working with kids, and am constantly amazed by the brain and human behavior. I'm currently spending my summer doing neuroscience research for the NIH about traumatic brain injury.
From 2005-2006, I was a Coordinator of International Relations for the JET Program, where I got to work in a chic prefectural office and act as a translator/interpreter/journalist. I love Japan and can't wait to go back again someday, as a tourist, or as a visiting physician to do research.
Although I don't really have much time for any hobbies, I LOVE to cosplay and make costumes, and I've always liked to draw. I'd love to make a comic book someday.
Most of my entries, as sporadic as they may be, are friends only.
